Thermal Insulated Pipe Support
A thermal insulated pipe support is used where the pipe cannot touch the steel frame directly. It keeps the load on the support. It also keeps the insulation layer continuous at the bearing point. Description
This thermal insulated pipe support is a pipe bearing product with an insulation block, a steel saddle, a clamp and a base plate. It is installed under or around the pipe. It supports the pipe, limits heat transfer at the contact point, and helps the pipeline keep a stable insulation system during operation.

Customization Service
Each thermal insulated pipe support can be produced according to the approved pipeline drawing. The pipe outside diameter, insulation thickness, bearing height, load direction, base size and bolt-hole spacing are confirmed before fabrication.
Fixed, guided, sliding, clamped or anchor-hole structures can be arranged according to pipe movement and site fixing conditions. The bearing face and insulation block are matched to the project data, so the pipe center height stays consistent after installation.
Quality Check
Before delivery, each thermal insulated pipe support is checked against the approved drawing. Inspectors verify the pipe opening diameter, insulation block thickness, base-plate size, bolt-hole spacing, saddle curvature, weld continuity, and surface treatment. The contact face is checked for flatness, while the insulation block is examined for cracks, loose edges, uneven bonding, or dimensional deviation. Painted and galvanized parts are also checked for exposed steel, coating damage, and untreated weld areas.
Use Notes
Align and level the lower support before placing the pipe. Do not pull the pipe sideways to match an incorrect center line, because this can create uneven pressure on the insulation block. Tighten clamp bolts in sequence and keep the pressure even on both sides. For guided or sliding positions, leave the movement direction clear and remove welding slag, sand, and temporary packing before operation. After lifting and installation, repair any scratched coating and confirm that the pipe sits fully on the bearing surface.
