Description
A cryogenic pipe support carries a cold line while keeping heat transfer at the support point to a minimum. This one is moulded from high-density polyurethane at 160-400 kg/m³, so it takes the line load in compression and still blocks the thermal bridge between the pipe and the steel structure. Also supplied as a polyurethane cold shoe, high-density PU pipe support or insulated pipe saddle, each unit is moulded to project dimensions - no on-site cutting, no timber to rot.

Applications
Cryogenic pipe supports are used on LNG and regasification terminals, air separation units, liquid nitrogen and oxygen plants, cold boxes and low-temperature petrochemical lines, wherever a pipe has to be supported without opening a thermal bridge.

Every cryogenic pipe support is compression moulded to the project drawing, then checked for density and dimensions before it leaves the works. Material and test documentation can travel with the order.
