Pre Insulated Pipe Supports

The entire structure is pre-fabricated in the factory according to the drawings. The support body, insulation layer, and outer protective structure are assembled in one go, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and avoiding errors and damage to the insulation layer caused by secondary processing on-site.

High-density cold/heat insulation materials (such as polyurethane, rock wool, and foam glass) are composited with the steel structure. Through wrapping, casting, or assembly processes, the insulation layer is subjected to even stress and is not easily compressed or deformed.

An insulated thermal break structure is set at the stress transfer points to prevent direct metal contact that leads to cold or heat loss, improving overall energy efficiency and system stability.

The steel structure parts are manufactured using CNC cutting, bending, and welding processes, resulting in full welds and a rationally stressed structure.

Depending on the operating environment, hot-dip galvanizing, sandblasting followed by heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, or epoxy system treatment is selected to improve corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor, high-humidity, or industrial environments.

Production is carried out through standardized molds and modular combinations, facilitating mass production and rapid installation, reducing on-site construction time.

In petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries, a large number of steam pipes are used for process heating, power transmission and other links, and thermal insulation pipe supports are widely used in these pipeline systems to ensure efficient and safe operation of the production process.

In the central heating system, the steam pipe is used to transport the heat generated by the heat source to the various buildings, and the insulation pipe bracket can reduce the loss of heat in the transportation process, improve the heating efficiency, reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

In the food processing, pharmaceutical and other industries, for some steam heating or drying processes that require precise temperature control, the insulation bracket can also play an important role in ensuring product quality and the stability of the production process.
