Description
The Fixed pipe shoe is a rigid support component designed to anchor pipelines at designated points, preventing axial and lateral movement in industrial and low-temperature systems. It is fabricated from S235JR carbon steel, with a welded cradle and baseplate for maximum structural rigidity. The cradle features a contoured insulation liner molded to the pipe OD, ensuring 100% contact and minimal thermal bridging. All metal components are hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance in C2–C3 environments, with a zinc layer thickness of 85μm. The baseplate uses an 8-bolt pattern for maximum anchoring strength, with drilled holes to lock position and prevent shifting under load.
