Structure:
The curved groove is a key component of the support. It is typically precision-machined from wear-resistant materials (such as stainless steel or bronze) to create a specific curved shape, providing a stable sliding surface for the pipe.
The slider, typically in direct contact with the pipe or connected via a connector, slides within the curved groove. The slider material must also possess excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties; common materials include polytetrafluoroethylene.
The support structure, including the base and ribs, secures the support to the foundation, bearing the weight of the pipe and its contents and transmitting force to the foundation. The base is typically constructed of welded steel plates or cast steel, while the ribs enhance the strength and stability of the support structure.
Connecting components, such as bolts and nuts, connect the slider to the pipe and secure the support structure to the foundation.
