The Polyurethane Cold Insulation Pipe Holder uses high-pressure closed-cell polyurethane (PU) as the core insulation material, with a closed-cell rate exceeding 95% and a thermal conductivity lower than 0.024 W/(m·K). This effectively blocks heat transfer and completely prevents cold bridges and external icing on the pipes. The load-bearing structure of the product uses stainless steel or corrosion-resistant carbon steel, integrally molded with the insulation layer, ensuring long-term stable support of the pipe load in ultra-low temperature environments down to -196℃. The factory pre-fabricated design ensures the integrity of the insulation layer and ease of installation.
