(1) The manufacturer shall fix the indicator plate of the spring hanger at the position corresponding to the installation load provided by the user using the upper and lower positioning blocks, so that the spring hanger is temporarily in a rigid state.
(2) After the pipeline is cleaned and the water pressure test is carried out, the upper and lower positioning blocks shall be removed before the pipeline is put into use.
(3) When the pipeline starts to operate, first check whether all the positioning blocks are removed, and then check whether there is any obstruction in the displacement of the indicator plate from the installation load to the working load.
(4) After the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement of the spring hanger at the working load is consistent with the design. After the pipeline stops operating, check whether the indicator plate is reset to the installation load position. Check the tightness of the spring hanger, etc.
