Description

A hanger spring is the spring element inside a hanger assembly, and it is the part that reacts when the pipe moves. It is not chosen only by outside size. The load range, travel distance, and final installed height all matter. In a hot pipe line, the pipe may move after the system reaches temperature, so the spring lets that movement happen while still holding the weight. It is useful for power plant piping, process lines, and mechanical rooms where workers need a support that can be checked visually during regular inspection.

Installation Notes

Keep the hanger body vertical before the load is transferred.
