Sinochem Fuling Environmental Protection Relocation Project Phase I Project: 200,000 Tons/year Fine Phosphate And Supporting New Special Fertilizer 200,000 Tons/year Synthetic Ammonia Project

The first phase of the Sinochem Fuling Environmental Relocation Project involves a 200,000-ton/year fine phosphate and supporting new specialty fertilizer project. Construction includes an 800,000-ton/year sulfuric acid plant, a 1.2-million-ton/year mineral processing plant, a 300,000-ton/year wet-process phosphoric acid (100% P2O5), a 100,000-ton/year phosphoric acid purification plant, a 50,000-ton/year potassium dihydrogen phosphate plant, 50,000-ton/year high-end flame retardant and firefighting materials, 100,000-ton/year mid-range flame retardant and firefighting materials, two 200,000-ton/year new specialty fertilizers, a 300,000-ton/year multi-element acidic physiological specialty fertilizer, a 200,000-ton/year synthetic ammonia plant (relocated and rebuilt from the original site), a 25,000-ton/year sodium fluorosilicate plant, a 600,000-ton/year cement retarder, a 300,000-ton/year temporary storage site for building gypsum powder and phosphogypsum, and supporting utilities and auxiliary facilities.
