Henan Central LNG Emergency Reserve Center EPC General Contracting Project

The Central Henan LNG Emergency Reserve Center EPC general contracting project coordinates the development of Henan Province's natural gas production, supply, storage, and marketing system in accordance with the "1+2+6" development plan.

The "1+2+6" strategy includes a stake in the Jiangsu Binhai LNG storage tank project, leasing Sinopec's Puyang Wen-23 gas storage facility and PetroChina's Pingdingshan salt cavern gas storage facility, and the construction of six LNG emergency reserve centers in Zhengzhou, Zhoukou, Zhumadian, Luoyang, Jiaozuo, and Nanyang, respectively. Once these goals are achieved, they will effectively address Henan Province's natural gas emergency peak-shaving challenges.
